Oklahoma City Orthodontist

Dr. K. George Elassal originally received his degree in dentistry from Alexandria University in Alexandria, Egypt. After graduating, he worked at the Dental School as an instructor. He also worked as an associate at a dental office. This office performed both general dentistry and orthodontic treatment, allowing Dr. Elassal to be active in both fields and increasing his interest in orthodontics. Dr. Elassal brings smiles to the Oklahoma City area. He treats patients of all ages who experience the following: crooked, crowded or wearing teeth, bad bites, jaw joint pain, clicking, popping, headaches and locking.

In 1978, Dr. Elassal moved to the United States to study orthodontics at the University of Illinois. After his studies in Chicago, he received his D.D.S. degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. In 1984, the Elassal family relocated to South Oklahoma City, where they have resided ever since. Dr. Elassal is a member of the American Dental Association and the American Association of Orthodontists and member and past president of the Oklahoma Orthodontic Society.

Dr. Elassal was originally drawn to Oklahoma because he believed it would be a good place to raise a family. Above all else he likes to spend time with his wife, three children, and six grandchildren. Dr. Elassal also enjoys reading, traveling, hunting and a wide range of outdoor activities.
