Dr. Elassal serves on the board for the Community Fund for Moore Schools. The mission is to supply grants to update the physical infrastructure of schools in the Moore Public School District, improve the educational experience for students, and to conserve District resources. The board works to solicit projects, analyze grants, raise funds, and ensure that every dollar we raise goes back into our community.

Dr. Elassal has always supported Moore schools. He has served as a board member then president of the Moore Public Schools Foundation for Academic Excellence.
He is now a board member and president off the Community Fund for Moore Schools. The Fund is dedicated to help Moore schools convert their lighting to energy and money saving LED bulbs.
The Fund, which is designated as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, is soliciting tax-deductible donations from the community and local businesses.
