Office Policies

We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Oklahoma City Office:
Monday – Wednesday: 8 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.
Thursday: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Chickasha Office:
every other Friday: 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Appointment Scheduling

In order to reach our goal of running on schedule, patients are seen at an appointed time.

If you are in need of a comfort appointment, we will see you as soon as possible. Our office has set aside specific times throughout the day and we ask for your understanding in this matter. Our short appointments are scheduled early morning, mid-day, and after school. All longer procedures are scheduled between 9 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

We will work hard to accommodate your scheduling needs and do our best to keep the longer appointments to a minimum.

Please call us immediately should the need to reschedule your appointment arise. This will allow another patient to be seen at that newly available time slot.

Confirmation of Appointments

Our automated system will confirm your appointment. This system is called Housecalls and T-Link.

Housecalls and T-Link provide a courtesy call the evening prior to your appointment. Although computer technology is wonderful, we ask that your primary appointment reminder be the appointment ticket that you will receive after each appointment.

Loose or Broken Bracket Policy:

To ensure our schedule stays running smoothly and accommodating to all our patients in a timely manner, please call us immediately if you are aware of a loose or broken bracket even if you already have an appointment scheduled. Brackets take some time to bond back on. Letting us know in advance will ensure we can either put the bracket on at your regular appointment or reschedule for a more appropriate time. If you have more than 5 loose brackets during the duration of your treatment, then you will be subject to a $25 fee per loose bracket.
